I am the Greatest

Do you find it hard to wake up early in the morning? Or get lazy to brush your teeth in the night? Or postpone your work at a later time? Or feel intimidated and afraid with s.t or s.o which you know you werent suppose to?. That is human behaviour that is prevalent everywhere. But there is help.

"Auto Suggestion" is a technique I often use to make myself feel powerful in situation that demands it. Even a simple task of having to wake up after a morning alarm can be daunting to few who arent use to. Auto Suggestion can help in this regard. Think of a lion approaching at your bed and you have to run for your life. Similarly, in a work interview you can auto suggest yourself by saying that you have done this far too many times and you can do are confident.

Even talking to yourself sometimes and giving yourself positive feedback by saying you are getting better and better everyday and my life is full will give you immense power and focus in your life.

Auto suggestion should be used in general way and use it in whatever way that seems possible.For example, during exams I auto suggest myself that the questions are gonna be easy and that all the answers are known to be and I auto suggest my self that I have passed and scored good marks.
